The main pillars of Ro's role are HR and people management, business and advice compliance and information technology. However, she is also heavily involved in marketing and accounts, plus Ro is the main gatekeeper for communication with product providers and any services outsourced by Financial Foundations.

Ro has been the Operations Manager for FFA for five years, and has studied to support her on-the-job knowledge. She has completed a Diploma in Business Management, a Diploma of Financial Planning, and a Master of Business Administration at RMIT University.

Ro's ultimate goal is to help clients by ensuring business operations run smoothly by adopting tools to make our advice process and back office functions frictionless for our clients  throughout their advice journey with us.
